This committee researches into, leadership training for the facilitation and promotion of:

1.  Evangelism & Discipleship
2.  Mission Education & Involvement

This committee is concerned with leadership training, facilitating and promoting Sunday School work in association with CCP; Stewardship Education; Church Music Education; Family Life Education; Special Education; other special areas of training needed by the churches from time to time, and which do not fall under the responsibilities of the departments and other standing committees

This committee produces and distributes biblically-sound, culturally-suitable electronic and print media materials for use in churches affiliated with the CBF, as well as for other churches which may find the material useful; produce and broadcast independently or in association with member bodies of the CBF biblically-sound, culturally-suitable radio and television programmes in the Caribbean region.; advise and assist member bodies of the CBF and churches affiliated to them to develop media strategies and programmes to promote and advance their ministries.
